1. Processing & Shipping Time
Ethereal Worldwide products are made in Los Angeles, California, and ship from stock.
Orders ship the next business day after purchase. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday ship the next business day after it.
Delivery times after shipping are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, and depend on the carrier and your location. Orders may occasionally take longer because of order volume, holidays, carrier delays or other things outside our control.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery
- Standard shipping is free on all orders within the United States, unless checkout says otherwise.
- Your order ships to the address you entered at checkout.
- When your order ships, you'll get tracking information if it's available.
3. Shipping Address
You're responsible for entering a complete, accurate shipping address at checkout. Ethereal Worldwide isn't responsible for delays, extra shipping costs or wrong deliveries caused by an incorrect address.
4. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages
- Lost or stolen: Once your order is handed to the carrier, Ethereal Worldwide isn't responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed or marked as delivered.
- Marked delivered but not received: Please contact the carrier directly.
- Damaged in transit: Contact us as soon as possible with photos of the package and the product.
